No. Zine is an independent arts zine by Patrick Fry. They release these in series of 3 and “each issue is conceptually centered around it’s issue number”. For example in issue #1, they wrote a short paragraph about Billy Mitchell, the man who scored a perfect Pac-Man game. Clearing 256 boards and scoring 3,333,360 points, all without loosing a single life. There’s also some really wonderful work in here, you wouldn’t normally find in your average publication.
